Maintenance Requests: · Please log onto our website at www.magatso.com and fill out a Resident Service Request Form – we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible thereafter with a response to your e-mail within 24 hours. · Except for emergency situations, please try and notify the On-Site Managers during normal business hours (M-F, 10am-6pmand Sat/Sun, 9a.m-5pm). · Emergencies involving any immediate health and safety matter should be handled by the appropriate governmental agency (police, fire, and paramedic).
